Hortative sentences: Are sentences that exhorts, advises, calls to action

Here is what we found:

Par. 3: Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans

Par. 11: that both sides begin anew the quest for peace, before the dark powers of destruction unleashed by science engulfed all humanity in planned or accidental self-destruction

Par. 14: so let us begin anew

all of paragraphs 15, 16, 17, and 18

Par. 19: let both sides join in creating a new endeavor

Par. 20: but let us begin

All of 20?

Par. 25: askĀ  not what your country can do for you-ask what you can do for your country

Par. 26: ask not what America will do for you, but together we can do for the freedom of man.

Par. 27: let us go forth to lead the land we love
